Hallowe'en and Birthday

We drove up to Montreal for the weekend...

A few mm of snow on Saturday night... it was mostly gone by the morning, but it was still a shock.

Harvest Party

Went to a cool "harvest party" last weekend, graciously hosted by Hurricane Farm. Lots of music, some politicians (!), and great food.

Silly Julia

Julia has been saying that she doesn't need to take a nap in the afternoon... so we agreed to let her have "quiet time" instead. So between 2:30 and 5:30, she plays quietly while Stella and I nap. However, when I wake up from my nap, I often find Julia asleep in the living-room in the funniest positions.
