We noticed some adult deer on the outside of the fence, looking at Barkly, and him staring back at them. This was odd, since deer usually run away from anything, especially big dogs. Next thing we saw, a few minutes later, was Barkly chasing a little baby deer in the back yard.
No time to think! Roxana yelled "Barkly! Nooooo!", and ran out of the bathroom, toothbrush flying through the air, and ran out into the back yard, screaming and waving her arms.... stark naked. Our neighbours must be so impressed.
Barkly was good enough to abandon the chase and come inside the house.
The deer was scared but safe:
When we left, we let the fence gates open so that they could leave, and when we got back home, the deer was gone.
We are now waiting for the neighbours to put fake deer in our yard...

Ahh... isn't nature such a great thing! I'm sure the neighbours weren't even up yet at that time!
It's a pity that you did'nt go on taking pictures that morning, i'm sure that the one from Roxi would be great!! :)
